My Credid Card Visa ending with no 6007 has been wrongly remitted four times since 2nd Nov 2010. This is for what order placed byme. There is no such instruction for periodically debits. Please the must make refund of Dollars 12.97 *4=51.92 dollars

Netgear pitched the Gearheads service as the one-stop-shopping for getting any of my computer related problems resolved, to act as my IT department. I had two issues, one with a wireless HP printer, one with a Netgear router, and the Gearheads failed miserably at both. heres the most graphic example: my Netgear router loses the ability for WiFi devices to connect after running for a day or two, and has to be re-powered to correct the problem. The Gearheads told me that it was because of channel congestion, that channel 11 was a bad channel and I should switch to channel 5. That didnt solve the problem so I called back, and these technicians again told me it was because of channel congestion, that channel 5 was a bad channel and I should switch to channel 11. Wonderful, insightful, and proves they can\\t even read their own case histories. So I called back after discovering that the problem happened with av7 version of the router but not with the v9 version. They told me, after asking a bunch of other irrelevant questions, that the problem was known, and that I should change the router\\s power adapter. Of course they won\\t supply a replacement power adapter because the V7 router is now out of warranty, nor would they offer any guidelines about what power adapter to get. Ultimately I have zero confidence that a power adapter change would make any difference anyway, so Ive given up on Gearheads. Oh, and even though they assured me that they would be able to get my wireless HP printer working, when they sold me the Gearhead service, they also failed at that one and the printer is still connected only buy USB. They are awful.

My name is Marciea Parker and I am sending this email in regards to the completely horrendous service Ive received here lately from your customer service reps here in Greenville, NC. My bill and the bundle associated with it has been the source of an unnecessary amount of stress and headache for me. This is largely due to the inability of all of the associates Ive spoken with to correctly document information pertaining to my account, and provide me with an accurate account balance due.
On Sep. 13, 2010 I spoke with a man named Carlos who at the time was working in the disconnection dept (now working in a different dept ) offered me a promotion due to me considering to switch services to a satellite provider. We worked out a deal that I felt was reasonable and fair. I was happy to continue my services with your company. However the next month came and I received a phone call from the disconnection department regarding and overdue bill. I called and after a few transfers and long wait times on hold I was able to speak with a customer service rep to have this resolved. This would be the first of many such calls made on my part regarding my bill.

As I read on your website I was charged $57.61 by your company. I did not approve of this charges and demand that you return it to my account. Further more, if my demand would not by satisfied at once I would by forced to involve the attorney. You should by ashamed of your self. What you do is dishonest . I hope it will not have to go any further.

I applied for my Cobra services thru Ceridian (that is who my former employer uses) It is now into the third month and no invoice from Ceridian. Every time I call Customer service I recieve a different story, even though they had not sent an invoice I sent the 476.00 that they advised me my Cobra would cost! They cashed the check imediately, and now all I get is the run around from them! Everytime you call Customer Service ( which is in the Phjillipines) you get a different person and a different story. Maybe there should be a CLASS ACTION SUIT FILED AGAINST Them and their practices!

Two weeks ago my dog peed all over the leather sofa. Called, claimed within an hour of the incident. They said they would have to talk to corporate and get back to me. Today, I called back, checking in on the status (because I hadnt heard from them) only to find out they contacted corporate right after getting off of the phone with me for the second time. Ive been in touch with them all day, finding out more: they wont give me corporates number to speak with a higher-up, nor do they know if they can help me, even though in the warranty for my couch pet fluids is covered. Shady, shady business practices. Trying to get a refund on the warranty, seeing if this will go over as badly as this whole fiasco has.

We ordered 3 pairs of ugg boots on-line from greatwears.com. When they arrived, one pair was too large. I emailed the company about returning the boots and they said they do not take returns. Their warehouse is based in China which I was not informed. After several emails, I did secure a mailing address and their approval for returning the boots because I said I was going to cancel the charge on my credit card. They advised me not to do that. They said to return the boots and they would refund my credit card. After spending $22 to return them to China, the refund never came nor did any responses to my emails and inquiries. Companies like this should not be allowed on the US internet!!! They rob customers. I never received my money or the boots back!!!

I put in for a refund on this program and explained my reasons for the refund. the program did not fix my problem. I submitted for the refund twice and have not heard anything in response regarding my request. I submitted in the manor they want it done four times. Got Nothing back.
