Before signing a contract to purchase a vacation plan we were advised that we can cancel with the cancellation fee referred to as the initial payment, $172.50. My husband called his bank so that they would not honor the charge, and I, being fair, contacted PlanetGo to cancel, and they assured me they would not charge my account, they tried to charge my husbands account, it failed, but they charged my account $551.85. They spend 2 hrs. advising that they are not like timeshares, that a client can cancel, less initial payment, yet they charged me $551.85 and I received nothing in return. Do not trust the agents at PlanetGo, they are horrible sales agents, saying what is necessary to close a sale and then not honoring what got yhou to the table in the first place. They are not fair and equitable and I would caution all visiting Hawaii or who come in contact with their sales team, even at Pacific Beach Hotel, to stay away and truly consider how we were treated before you sit down to listen to the sales pitch, they are not an honorable company.

Company calls with recorded message either saying how rude you are for not returning calls or just that they have made numerous tries to contact me. I am on the phone almost every single time they have called and no one is there but this recording. I am completely annoyed and tired of them placing these calls and need some help.

I received a call by someone at this company on 01/27/11 telling me my credit card machine was out dated, that I had to updated it immediately. I agreed, than noticed on my checking acct. a deductiton by Golden Eagle Leasing. I ended my business with this company 4 yrs ago! I called my currant processing company and they told me they were Not the one that called me and none of this was true!!! I than called Golden Eagle Leasing to dispute this transaction and the fee they stole from me and proceed to rudely tell me that they were not going to help me or refund the $50 fee.

well, i got 2 ds games for my 5 year old daughter. well, their were games inside, BUT, the games were broken. well, i returned them & all, but, im still pissed. i know that they were broken because they were dented and misbent.

This company called our home phone and cell phone at least five times every day for more than a month, including weekends, nights, and early mornings. If we anwered, they said nothing and hung up. We had their number blocked, but they continued to call from a different phone number.

one time, i took some tylenol for allergies. well, after that, i kept on throwing up. i eventually went to see the doctor. she said for me to stop taking the pill. so, instead, i took alleve instead. well, i realized that their the same thing. i was so pissed! well, i had it. i kept having the same allergy and just started to have a throat and kidney issue. i went to the doctor AGAIN!! she said that i was having a kidney stone. turned out their was no kidney stone in it!!! i was soooo angry!!! well, turns out that my kidney was shutting down. i was furious!!! well, i just wanted to get out of the damn place!!! well, i had to get a kidney transplant with my mom since i have no siblings. anyways, IT NEARLY COSTED ME MY LIFE!!! good thing that it got recalled recently!!!

Access General Insurance

I was rear-ended by another driver with Access General Insurance. The company is a piece of junk. It has been more than two months, my car is still not fixed.
They dont answer the phone.
They dont call back.
They gave me $346.88 for my car (a brand new 2011 Toyota Sienna) damage. Is that a joke?
When the body shop told me they could not fix the dent on the bumper and the bumper needs to be replaced, the adjuster told me I need to to file the claim with my insurance company and she has done her job.
I filed a complaint to the Department of Insurance for help on my case. I suggest people who encounter problems do the same.
Hopefully there will be enough legal action taken against this company to ensure that nobody will deal with this type of crap.

Dec 13 I attempted to purchase a copy of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010. I searched for an inexpensive version because I have a limited income. I found a website offering this product for just under $100 so I proceeded to order. The webpage gave no indication of being a foreign dealer. AFTER MY ORDER PROCESSED, the order #14501 appeared on the screen with a message that someone would contact me soon. I have had no contact from anyone since that time.
A charge appeared on my bank statement in the amount of $99.65 to ptyj retail on Dec 13. A web search provided a phone # -
86-05946980000 which does connect to ptyj retail. However it is only a voice mailbox. Repeated messages have NOT been answered.
Since it has now been nearly two months I doubt that this company has any intention of supplying my product. I did not know this site existed or I would have filed a complaint earlier. Margaret Lucas
